If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our policies on returns, refunds, and cancellations.

These terms apply to all purchases made through our Website.

Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • You means the individual or legal entity using the Service.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only within 48 hours of delivery and strictly for products that are torn or damaged.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage or defect.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and must include the product tag.

  • Return requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for size issues, as each piece is custom-made based on the size provided at the time of order.

  • Products without a valid unboxing video or that appear to be tampered with post-delivery are not eligible for return.


Return Options for Valid Claims

If your return claim is approved (for torn/damaged items only):

  • You may choose between a replacement or a store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Returning Goods

If your return is approved, You are responsible for shipping the Goods to the address provided by our team.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as We cannot process returns for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund or credit will go to the gift giver.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After 24 hours, the order goes into processing and cannot be cancelled, as we begin working on your custom piece.

  • No cancellations will be accepted once the order has been processed or shipped.
